"Us", "We", "Our", "The community" all refers to Night VIsion Networks as a group, as a community. We are not responsible for any mistakes you may have made with our service.  

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless we deem you deserve one, as in; If we, the owners, or the service make a mistake we will refund you based upon a decision made there and then. Otherwise, refunds are not a thing.

Chargebacks / Bans

If you are banned from the server permanently then all packages / donation are treated as void, and you will not get a refund as you got your items. Any chargebacks will result in IP bans, blacklisting of your PayPal.
